Your BSG account manager and financial analyst work together to manage the bidding and renewal processes. If we identify reasons to market your plans, we typically begin that process seven to nine months prior to your renewal anniversary. If not, BSG will provide you with detailed analysis and renewal projections for all of your plans seven to nine months prior to your anniversary. This gives you an early start on planning and begins the process of negotiating your renewal with your carrier.

Carriers provide their renewal six to seven months prior to anniversary; our goal is to complete the renewal process four to six months prior to your anniversary. Simultaneously, as renewals or new carrier rates are finalized, we work with you to prepare contribution options. BSG then wraps up the final steps with employee communications, new carrier or plan change implementation, and open enrollment meetings.
