My Profile
"My Profile" includes an employee's general
information and also their dependent information if any. With a simple
click of the mouse, employees can update their own address, phone
number, marital status, and general information.

Any field containing information can be opened or
locked down for either updating or
viewing only. For instance, some companies do not want the employee to
update their birth date since this has a direct effect on their
retirement and/or life insurance coverage.
