Every BES enrollee is given a personalized packet
of information pertaining to their special enrollment requirements. (These are employee
specific.)
Typically included in each packet:
- Instructions on how to use BES:
- Worksheet used to plot out the
choices available.
- Current benefit information
- All options available to the
specific enrollee.
- Disclaimers from each carrier.
- Other items deemed necessary by
their employer.
- Signature card to be kept on file
by HR.
- Personal login name and password.
