BSG^® Open Enrollment Services

BSG^® offers numerous services to our clients during open and annual enrollment including:

• Creating online enrollment systems to gather enrollment data and distribute to payroll departments and vendors (See IT Services for more information).

• Creating benefit comparisons, enrollment guide and summary of changes for the annual enrollment.  This service is also available for newly eligible employee packets throughout the year.

• Coordinating printing of enrollment packet materials.

• Managing collation and distribution of enrollment packets.

• Managing distribution of confirmation statements and any other mailings to be included.

• Organizing printing and distribution of Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and amendments.

• Sending provider directories to client locations or participants upon request.
