All About BSG®

The Benefit Services Group, Inc. was formed in response to the need for an organization that would provide complete employee benefit brokerage and consulting services. BSG® recognizes that the responsibilities of a broker or consultant only begin upon the placement of the insurance product, benefits-related product or service. We believe employee benefits should be a reflection of each organization’s individual philosophy and corporate goals. To accomplish this, we provide an informational foundation upon which the Employee Benefit Plan Sponsor can make knowledgeable, careful decisions guided by the specific corporate vision.

It is our desire to form a partnership with our clients and work continually throughout the year looking out for their best interest. Our methods are typically innovative. Our standard is nothing less than excellence. This is our commitment.

  • Prepare and organize unique projects.

  • Provide contract consulting for specialty services and for appropriate geographic access to providers.

  • Develop and monitor sophisticated models for rate projections and cost allocations.

  • Integrate wellness programs into the employee benefit plans to improve cost effectiveness.
